2、偏心INA軸承的檢修（Maintenance of eccentric INA bearings）：
INA軸承的清洗：拆卸下偏心INA軸承檢修時，首先記錄偏心INA軸承的外觀，確認(rèn)潤滑劑的殘存量，取樣檢查用的潤滑劑之后，洗偏心INA軸承。作為清洗劑，普通使用汽油、煤油。

為了判斷拆卸下來的INA軸承是否可以使用，要在INA軸承洗干凈后檢查。檢查滾道面、滾動面、配合面的狀態(tài)、保持架的磨損情況、INA軸承游隙的增加及有無關(guān)尺寸精度下降的損傷，異常。非分離型小型球INA軸承，則用一只手將內(nèi)圈支持水平，旋轉(zhuǎn)外圈確認(rèn)是否流暢。
